Traffic The Urban Technology Show in Bologna will take place from Wednesday, October 7, to Friday, October 9, at the city’s exhibition centre.
The event is one of the most important industry appointments at continental level.
It aims to become Europe’s leading trade fair hub dedicated to the intelligent management of cities and territories.
Around 300 exhibitors, over 10,000 visitors from 20 countries, and more than 100 expert speakers are expected.

Urban Tech can be understood as a large ecosystem that brings together several specialised trade fairs taking place at the same time:
- Traffic 2026: dedicated to traffic management, smart mobility, and road infrastructure;
- E-Charge & E-Tech Europe: dedicated to electric charging, advanced batteries, and electric vehicle production;
- Wireless & Towers: dedicated to telecommunications infrastructure, 5G, smart cities, and broadcasting;
- Urban Security: dedicated to urban security solutions, both physical and digital cybersecurity.
Urban Tech is designed to foster dialogue between the public and private sectors by addressing several key topics:
